Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! Custom work is what we do best. Whether you have a logo, idea, or inspiration photo, we can bring it to life. If you’re not sure exactly what you want, we’re happy to help design something with you.

Can I upload my own design or logo?

Absolutely. You can send us your design or logo, and we will prepare it for engraving. For best results, we recommend high-resolution files (PNG, SVG, or PDF).

Will I see a proof before my item is made?

Yes. For all custom orders, we provide a digital proof for approval before production begins to ensure everything is exactly how you want it.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Turnaround time varies depending on the project, but most orders are completed within 3–7 business days after proof approval.

Do you offer rush or last-minute orders?

Yes! We specialize in last-minute and on-the-spot personalization whenever possible. Please contact us directly for rush availability.

What materials can you engrave or cut?

Do you provide the items, or can I bring my own?

Both! We offer a wide selection of products, but you are also welcome to bring your own item (material permitting). Please note that the price for service (engraving, cutting, etc.) is higher for  products provided by you due to replica availability.

Will the engraving fade over time?

No—laser engraving is permanent. It is etched into the material, not printed on top, so it will not fade or peel.

Will my engraving look exactly like the photo?

We aim for the highest level of detail possible. Some materials (like slate or wood) have natural variations, which can enhance the uniqueness of your piece.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping options. Local pickup may also be available depending on your location.

Do you offer on-site engraving for events?

Yes! We can bring our equipment to events for live, on-the-spot personalization. This is perfect for:
